Copyright: AOE Imagery reserves all rights to images. By booking, the model agrees to allow AOE Imagery to use images for marketing, promotional or any other business purposes.

Image Usage: The model and photographer will have the right to use the content for portfolio, social media and advertising, with credit to each other.

Late Policy: Please arrive on time with hair and makeup done to allow the maximum time to shoot. There will be a short time for dressing and touch ups during set up.

- Our studio is located at 7511 Main St, Unit 200. Models are responsible for booking a preferred studio. If you need help finding a studio with a certain set, please contact us at aoe.imagery@gmail.com for suggestions.

- On-Locations include but are not limited to restaurant patios, stores, or even your personal business suite. Please ensure permission is granted to shoot at any on-location or outdoor location.

- I do NOT provide raw images.

- Please refrain from editing or adding filters to your photos. If there is anything you don't like or something you'd prefer done differently, just let me know and I'll try a different approach. I'm more than happy to make changes.

- Watermarked proofs will be sent within 24 hours of session. The turnaround time starts after the number of images included in your package are chosen for edits. Proofs are not meant to be used outside of choosing your picks for edits.

- Model agrees to give proper credit to the Photographer when images are shared or published, whether in print or digital format.
